John's Funeral

Funeral service was held at Bentley Crematorium on Monday 7th December 2020 at 12:30 pm.

Due to COVID, restricted to the 30 people invited.  Face masks compulsory.

Crematorium service was live-streamed.  The recording has now been uploaded; it will be available for 28 days.

Reception

John's wish, expressed in Feb 2017, was for a "family and close friends" funeral followed the same day by a service and reception at Brentwood Methodist Church. Unfortunately this is not possible due to COVID. A memorial service will however be planned for Spring / Summer 2021, although obviously this is dependent upon COVID restrictions and other constraints.

No flowers please but donations requested to Action for Children either online (useful if eligible and intending to Gift Aid) in contributions after the service or direct to the charity
